Our Approach

At Now Clinical Family Services, our team of highly experienced professionals employs a diverse range of evidence-based techniques. These include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychodynamics, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and other proven modalities.
